Position: Operations Strategy
Assignment timescale: 8 weeks
We were mandated by our client, a Strategy House, to search for an Operations Strategy , ideally from the consumer goods market.
We were asked to find an individual who would have remit to deliver strategic operating models, and broader operational transformation programmes.
We approached our network with the opportunity and combined this with a long list of 10 from our internal database and a wider search via our research department. A short list of 5 people were identified and the assignment completed, on schedule, in 8 weeks.
