We received an urgent requirement from a Tier 1 Client to backfill a Specialist Consultant who had a focus in Financial Services IT and Credit Risk. Our specialist Financial Services Lead contacted his network and created a short list of suitable candidates. These candidates were screened and interviewed in the first week that we received the instruction.
As this was a time critical Assignment, we condensed the Interview process down to a one stage Assessment Centre at the Client’s Head Office.
An Offer and an Acceptance was made on the same day.
