Consulting Point Contracts is run by Paul Emmett, our Contracts Director. A 20 year veteran of the industry, he has the experience and the talent to find and deliver the interim and contract talent you need.

We started life as a search firm and it is those foundations that have underpinned everything that we have gone on to do. Before we had built up one of the industries foremost databases of management consulting talent, we had our founding directors 'black book' and unparalleled network.

The company was formed by management consultants that knew the industry and knew the people which made helping our clients find and attract the right talent for them rewarding task. 14 years ago, they didn't just run an advert and hoped somebody responded, they didn't try and find a needle in the 450 million person 'haystack' of online databases. They reached out to their ex-colleagues and peers and network.

Time has moved on. Techniques have been refined and massive knowledge bases have been built up but the principle is still the same. Understand what our client wants, know where these people are and ascertain what it will do get them.
