Our client, a rapidly expanding Management Consultancy who are experiencing high growth for their London team were looking to attract top talent to work on a number of exciting new projects.
Consulting Point were asked to target candidates at Consultant grade from competitor firms for individuals with skills in Business Change, Agile Delivery & Digital Transformation.
The successful candidate had 3 years’ experience working for a midsized management consulting firm and had completed a range of projects with clients in Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas and Professional Services sectors. She has gained skills across Business Analysis, Change Management, Communications, Data Analysis, Scrum Master, Digital Transformation, Agile, PowerBI, Google Analytics and Process Improvement.
The candidate performed exceptionally well during the virtual interview process and quickly progressed to offer stage. Having secured a range of job offers from various consulting firms the candidate had a follow up call with the client to ensure the position was a good match and subsequently accepted their offer.
