Consulting Point are a key talent acquisition partner for a leading digital transformation consulting firm who are looking to expand their team due to an influx of exciting news projects. Our client urgently required an experienced Project Manager who had managed a wide range of digital transformation projects, preferably for a competitor consulting firm.
After reaching out to our extensive network we identified an experienced Management Consultant who was Scrum Master, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile and SAFe qualified who had 6+ years experience working for a boutique digital transformation consulting firm. She had worked on a variety of projects as either a Scrum Master or Project Manager focusing on Digital Transformation, Digital Workplace, Cloud and IT Infrastructure and had worked with clients mainly in Financial Services and Oil & Gas.
The candidate progressed quickly through the interview process meeting a number of people from the team and was subsequently made an offer which was accepted immediately.
