Consulting Point is a key talent acquisition partner for a global Management Consulting firm who are looking to further expand their Financial Services Advisory practice with individuals at Manager and Senior Manager grades.
Consulting Point have a very strong network of Management Consultants with deep financial services sector expertise and we quickly identified a top achiever from a Big 4 advisory firm who was open for a move to a more dynamic environment. The selected candidate had 6+ years within the management consulting sector having worked on a range of projects with financial services clients as a Project Manager, Product Owner and Workstream Lead and had domains expertise across business analysis, technology transformation, data & analytics, data governance, reporting, change management, strategy and other related areas. She had regularly scored the highest performance rating in the financial services practice and her career had been fast-tracked as a future leader within the team. The candidate performed exceptionally well throughout the interview process including presenting a very strong business case at the final stage.
The client was very happy to secure a top talent from a competitor Big 4 firm and has selected this candidate to be on their future leaders programme to progress quickly up to Partner level.
