Global IT Advisory firm was seeking to attract the best talent at Manager grade within their Digital Transformation practice. Our client needed an experienced Technical Project Manager who had expertise in delivering major Cloud & Digital Transformation programmes for a range of clients using Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
Consulting Point has a strong network within the IT Advisory market and successfully identified an exceptional talent from a competitor consulting firm who was a Certified Scrum Master & Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner and had a strong background in Technical Project Management having delivered many Cloud & Digital Transformation projects using Agile and Waterfall. The selected candidate had completed a graduate scheme with a Tier 1 management consulting firm and had been fast-tracked receiving multiple promotions over the last few years and also winning numerous awards for high performance.
The candidate progressed quickly through the two-stage process and the client was extremely impressed with their presentation at the final interview. After a short negotiation from Consulting Point, the candidate quickly accepted the offer and is looking forward to starting their new challenge.
