Our client is an Energy & Utilities consultancy who are looking for senior leadership people to mainly focus on sales and account development based out of London or Birmingham. They want proven leaders who can bring in £5-10m revenue year on year. The role is mainly going to be sales focussed but candidates can do delivery as well if they want - so the work-life balance is very good!
First 3 months will be non-billable working with the UK CEO to decide which part of the business you will be most effective in. Salary is £100k to 250k base + £7½k car + 5% pension + up to 100% bonus (performance based and achievable)
