Role: Senior Consultant, Commercial Strategy

This is an elite team of strategy consultants drawn from some of the most prestigious firms in consulting, each an expert in commercial strategy for the pharmaceuticals industry. They design and execute commercial excellence projects founded in some of the most robust and complete patient and product data available, and with the biggest brands in the market at HQ level. As a Senior Consultant you will be leading significant projects and studies for pharma clients facing critical commercial decisions around investments, response to competitor or generic incumbents or market entrants, optimising new launches, and designing optimal sales organisations. You will also be leading Analysts, Consultants and client stakeholders.
- Business Consulting experience in commercial excellence gained either in a consultancy organisation or an in-house consulting division in the pharmaceuticals or biotechnology industry.
- Project Management experience
- Projects experience in several areas which could include Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Force Design, KPI and incentive design, customer segmentation and profiling, brand strategy, commercial operating model design, sales analytics, customer analytics etc
- A strong academic background, likely to include advanced qualifications such as Ph.D, M.D., MBA or Masters in appropriate disciplines
Fluent English is a prerequisite. Fluency in either German or French would be advantageous.
