Role: Management Consulting – Process Improvement
Location: Middle East (Anywhere in the region)

Their approach is to de-risk process for their clients, taking a proportion of their fees from the real financial benefits they achieve. While their projects have saved clients hundreds of millions in bottom line benefits, it is their unique ability to engage client employees on all levels that makes them a true world leader in sustainable change.
The role is based in The Middle East. Candidates can live anywhere in the region (Dubai, Saudi etc) but must be flexible to travel across the region to work on the delivery of projects in the Construction sector. All candidates have home based contracts and so all travel and hotels costs are expenses. Candidates do not necessarily have to have any Middle East experience but must have worked on international assignments previously.
- Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Must have worked in management consultancy in an operational excellence or performance improvement role e.g. Big 4, Accenture, Celerant, Proudfoot, Efeso, Atkins etc.
- Must have experience of working in the construction sector with good evidence of projects working in change management, financial, process and operational improvement
- Good command of English
- Background in sales and business development into the construction sector is desirable but not essential as this is more delivery focused role.
