Role: Management Consultant, Healthcare Performance Improvement
Location: UK London and Manchester

Senior Consultants and Managing Consultants lead implementation projects on site, working closely with NHS stakeholders to deliver real world improvement which matter.
As a Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant you be leading teams of Consultants, and at Managing Consultant level identify additional value creation opportunities in both current and new clients. You will be able to fully utilise your expertise in productivity and cost reduction methodologies and tools and combine these with the firm’s own proprietary IP.
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPS etc or clinical pathway redesign gained in any industry but complemented by recent healthcare projects experience
- Management Consultancy experience gained either within a specialist healthcare firm or relevant projects from a multi-sector consulting firm
- Experience of working with multiple NHS clinical specialities would be particularly useful
- Degree education
Where at all possible the team utilises consultants in their local region, reducing the need to travel extensively on projects.
