Role: Enterprise Account Executive / Regional Sales Manager

Consulting Point Search are currently recruiting for one of the fastest growing Cloud Software / SaaS firms in the world who are part of the Gartner Magic Quadrant in their area of specialization.

My client is seeking the very best Cloud Software professionals in Germany who can perform the role of Enterprise Account Executive and / or Regional Sales Manager. You will get the opportunity to work on complex sales cycles with large Enterprise level clients across the DACG region for a market leading SaaS product.

Typical deal sizes can be between €250-500k up to larger deals between €5m to €30m. My client uses a very innovative Value Selling proposition which is very successful. You will get involved in developing relationships with senior executives for large corporate clients, presenting to CXO level individuals.

The role is for an individual contributor with the focus on new business / new name / new logo sales with some Account Management responsibility for certain clients you win.

You will ideally have:

  • 3-10 years of Software Sales experience preferably with Cloud / SaaS products
  • strong track record of meeting and overachieving sales / quota targets
  • solution selling & value selling experience
  • experience managing the full sales cycle
  • excellent academic background
  • strong presentation skills
  • the desire to be a top achiever
  • English & German language skills

My client offers a very high basic/fixed salary with excellent bonus/commission scheme with accelerators to earn uncapped commission. (€200k OTE up to a possible €500k OTE with accelerators for high achievers)
