Right Company

Join one of the world's most forward-thinking young global Consulting firms, who have built an agile and low-bureaucracy modern consulting environment and a global team that work to solve critical business problems for clients across the sector, including leading Capital Markets firms, international Energy, Health and TMT leaders and 16/17 Systemically Important Banks.
Due to rapid growth, they are excited to be looking for a second Director to join their Banking & Capital Markets Advisory practice in London – and are keen to meet their new colleague soonest!

Right Opportunity

The London team are often deploying smaller high calibre teams to solve specific problems within their extensive Cap Markets client base, then getting out of the way. They get great repeat business from this approach. With a very capable and growing team they can tackle diverse operational and regulatory driven challenges across Banking rather than just being able to deliver transformations, though they can transform too. For this reason the right person will be expert, specialist, able to tackle diverse Banking problems themselves and commercially astute.

Right Person

If you have the drive, resilience, energy and expertise alongside internal & external leadership capabilities to be a Consulting Director in a small high-calibre team of specialist advisory consultants and are looking for a straightforward, plain speaking, commercial and passionate culture then I‘d love to share with you the full briefing on the firm and their work as well as the people.
Experience working with large consulting firms as well as end clients or smaller consultancies would be advantageous due to the rapid deployments, diverse pipeline and often rapid sales-cycle.

Right Track Record

As a Director you will be one of two primary ‘rainmakers’ and so recent success in leading and winning Consulting engagements and client pursuits is a must-have. You will share the responsibility to drive sales, lead and build the Practice in many regards and be one step away from Partnership. Whilst key, this is just one part of a multi-faceted role and they are not seeking a Sales Director.
If you are still developing in sales capability whilst leading Banking & Capital Markets Advisory engagements please also get in touch regards the Senior Manager opportunity in the same team.

Right Time

For the right person - an exceptional or proven leader in Banking & Capital Markets Advisory Consulting – this opportunity is born of the success and growth of the practice, the UK office and the global brand. You’ll be coming in one step from Partnership in a business that is on track to sustainably grow by another 50% over the next three years, with a clear and sensible plan to do so already on track. This is indicative of the strength of their global and local leadership, culture, calibre and the brand.

Right Future

As a leader in one of the world’s largest independently owned consulting firms with a great plan to follow and a wonderful team to lead and lead with, the future will be yours to shape.
