Join one of the world's most forward-thinking young global Consulting firms, who have built an agile and low-bureaucracy modern consulting environment and a global team that work to solve critical business problems for clients across the sector , including leading Capital Markets firms, international Energy, Health and TMT leaders and 16/17 Systemically Important Banks.
Due to rapid growth, they are excited to be looking for a third Director to join their award-winning OD & Change practice in London – and are keen to meet their new colleague soonest!
The London office has a fantastic client base that rely on the firm to manage change and undergo transformation of their operations in a way that prioritises the value of and minimises the disruption to their people whilst still maximising benefits gained and potential for success. In short clients come to them for their Org Design and People Change capabilities and hence the opportunity for another proven Director for OD & Change to join and help grow and lead the business.
If you have the drive, resilience, energy and expertise alongside internal & external leadership capabilities to be a Consulting Director in a small high-calibre team of specialist advisory consultants and are looking for a straightforward, plain speaking, commercial and passionate culture then I‘d love to share with you the full briefing on the firm and their work as well as the people.
Experience working with leading private sector clients in sectors that have very large customer bases is strongly preferred.
Right Track Record
As a Director, you will be one of three primary ‘rainmakers’ and so recent success in leading and winning Consulting engagements and client pursuits is a must-have. You will share the responsibility to drive sales, lead and build the Practice in many regards and be one step away from Partnership. Whilst key, this is just one part of a multi-faceted role and they are not seeking a Sales Director.
