The London office has a fantastic client base that rely on the firm to manage change and undergo transformation of their operations in a way that prioritises the value of and minimises the disruption to their people whilst still maximising benefits gained and potential for success.  In short clients come to them for their Org Design and People Change capabilities and hence the opportunity for another proven Director for OD & Change to join and help grow and lead the business.



Right Person

If you have the capacity to lead Change & Transformation engagements independently as well as contribute to the practice’s growth through sales and career development of the cohorts that support you and are looking for a straightforward, plain speaking, commercial and passionate culture then I‘d love to share with you the full briefing on the firm and their work as well as the people.

Those with experience working very closely with internal & external leadership within small or large consulting firms as well as developing junior colleagues whilst building your client management skills and personal profile and sales capabilities can find quick promotion at this firm: I have seen capable consultants join at SM grade and make Director in under a year several times!
