The London office has a fantastic client base that rely on the firm for their Org Design and People Change capabilities and broader Transformation service set. EAs part of their continues expansion plan they are looking for a Strategy SM who fits their inclusive agile and entrepreneurial spirit and culture to build and take to market with support, and with a loyal and interested client base consisting largely of FTSE11 scale firms with large customer numbers.



Right Person

Of course you will have the capacity to lead Strategy engagements independently but most importantly to work with existing leadership to develop the practice’s service proposition and drive client interest and so growth through sales and building a team. Right Track Record

Those with experience developing and advising boards on Operational or Customer Strategy within small or large consulting firms with strong client management skills and growing sales capabilities will do well in this role. No previous entrepreneurial experience required!
