OVERVIEW 

The Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness program works to strengthen the part of your brain that serves you and quiet the part that sabotages you so you respond to life’s challenges more positively, without the stress.   Validated by more than 800,000 participants from 52 countries, including hundreds of CEOs, sales, operations & tech teams, Stanford students and elite athletes, Positive Intelligence uses breakthrough research and leverages the most recent advances in neuroscience, cognitive behavioural therapy, performance science and positive psychology.

WHAT THE PROGRAM INCLUDES

All program content is delivered via the Positive Intelligence mobile and desktop app. 

The program starts with an initial 8-week “boot camp” where we will build those muscles together as a group (“pod”), with weekly group coaching sessions. You then graduate to GROW – an annual subscription designed to build Mental Fitness for life! 

Foundation Bootcamp – 8 weeks​ of training with group coaching alongside

  • 1-hour weekly video​ 

  • 45-min weekly group coaching​ 

  • 15 minutes/day of practice on the app​

  • Community support & measurable progress

GROW Subscription – 1 year​

  • Daily challenges​ and ongoing practice opportunities so you can keep up those muscles and enjoy Mental Fitness for life! 

  • Mind-gym​ 

  • Content vault​ – to help you apply your mental fitness across all of life’s domains, including leadership, parenting, wellbeing and more. 

  • Options for additional group coaching​ 

  • Community support & measurable progress

PROGRAM DATES & TIMINGS

The program starts: Tuesday 18th February 

The program ends: Sunday 6th  April

Group-coaching sessions- Tuesdays 12:30 – 1:15 pm GMT (8 weeks starting from the 18th). If you can’t make a session, this will be recorded so you can get the replay.
