We were given an assignment by one of the UK’s leading Systems Integrations who were seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect.
The expectation was for us to find someone who was TOGAF Certified, comfortable with C-level executives and could help lead and manage the digital journey into the Cloud. Consulting Point Search headhunted a candidate from a key competitor and within four weeks the candidate had undertaken multiple interviews and an offer was put in place which was negotiated and accepted by the candidate.
