Before joining Consulting Point, Iman had a career spanning more than 12 years in financial markets, working for various asset and investment management firms of varying scopes and sizes. He focused on sales and distribution, covering intermediated clients across EMEA and had exposure to the (D2C) U/HNWI segment.

Transitioning into the executive search and talent advisory sector, Iman has extensive experience running multiple mandates for top-tier US and UK law firms, recruiting corporate lawyers across various practice areas. More recently, he has concentrated on the Life Sciences and broader Healthcare sectors, assisting innovative, fledgling companies, typically pre-IPO, with scale-up through people and talent acquisition. His emphasis has been on senior hires in the pre-IPO space across multiple jurisdictions.

Iman's diverse and extensive background brings a valuable combination of multi-sector knowledge and practical account management experience. He possesses a strong desire to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
