International private equity firm Cinven announced that it has signed an agreement to enter into a strategic partnership with Grant Thornton AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (“Grant Thornton Germany”). The agreement is subject to approval by the Equity Partners of Grant Thornton Germany.
