Global investment firm Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG) and Invesco (NYSE: IVZ), a leading global asset management firm, announced an agreement for Carlyle to acquire intelliflo from Invesco. intelliflo is a market leading provider of cloud-based practice management software for independent financial advisors (IFAs) in the UK.
