Consulting Point is building an internal AI and data capability that sits at the centre of how we engage clients, identify opportunity, and understand the consulting and enterprise technology market. This work directly supports commercial outreach and senior conversations across the firm.

We are looking for analysts who are comfortable working hands-on with information, collaborating closely with others, and seeing their work translate into real commercial impact. The role combines detailed, structured information work with ongoing interaction across consulting, research, and business development teams.

The role

You will spend a significant proportion of your time working directly with raw market and talent information, reviewing it carefully, structuring it consistently, and ensuring it is accurate and usable. This work underpins client outreach and engagement, so precision and judgement matter.

Alongside this, you will work closely with consultants to support targeted outreach activity, helping ensure that who we speak to, how we approach them, and the context behind those conversations is well informed. The role is highly collaborative, with regular interaction across the firm to refine information, resolve ambiguity, and improve how insight is applied in practice.

While much of the work involves detailed and methodical handling of information, it is closely connected to live commercial activity. Over time, you will develop a strong understanding of how careful information handling feeds insight, decision making, and revenue generation.

As the capability evolves, those who demonstrate consistency, curiosity, and sound judgement will have the opportunity to take on broader responsibility for analysis and interpretation.

What we look for

We are interested in people who combine attention to detail with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You should be comfortable working through large volumes of information independently, maintaining focus and standards, while also understanding the wider purpose of the work.

A strong academic background that demonstrates analytical thinking or structured problem solving is important, and an interest in AI, data, and modern digital tools is expected. Curiosity about consulting, technology, and transformation is valued and will develop further through hands on exposure to the role. Prior recruitment experience is not required.

You should be willing and able to challenge existing approaches in a constructive and forward thinking way, with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness over time. Additional language skills would be an advantage in this position.

Why Consulting Point

This is a critical role within a growing intelligence function that supports how the firm operates and grows. You will work closely with experienced consultants, gain exposure to consulting and transformation markets, and see the direct commercial relevance of your work.

There are clear progression paths for those who consistently deliver high-quality work, including more senior roles within AI & Data Insights or movement into other parts of the business.

If you want a role where careful, hands-on work with information directly supports collaboration, outreach, and commercial outcomes, we would like to hear from you.
