The M&A practice is headed up by our CEO, Andrew Errington-Thomas. He has 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions.

As the lead of the team moved is integral to the success of his strategy, we use our networks to calibrate key personnel for cultural, functional and commercial fit and capabilities.

Each scale-up assignment entails a large-scale headhunt with a coherent unit in mind. As the objective is to enable rapid commercial expansion of your key business units, we develop additional internal metrics for the Consulting Point team to validate in the search, while also taking the opportunity to identify and map potential phase 2 talent for future team acquisitions.
