A long-standing FTSE 50 Client was in urgent need of a Financial Transformation Director to join their Internal Consulting Arm. This position was pivotal to the success of the Programme Management Team. The new Director would be in charge of spearheading £5Bn in Cost Savings. These Savings would need to be then re-invested into the growth of the business.
This Assignment was led by our experienced Senior Consultant with deep knowledge across Executive Recruitment. He led a team of 3 to create a short list which met with the strict prerequisites of our Client. The Candidates would require a minimum of 10 years Consulting Experience, an Average of 80% Utilisation and a strong Academic Track Record including an MBA. Our Senior Consultant was trusted to carry out first stage Interviews at our London Head Office and shortlisted the very best for our Client. He coached and advised the remaining candidates through the rigorous Interview Process which included two Assessment Centres, a Panel Interview and finally a 90 Day Presentation to the MD and CFO.
