Consulting Point Search were invited to complete a complex Executive Search assignment to recruit a number of Practice Leaders, Capability Leaders, Industry Heads and Centre of Excellence Leaders for a rapid expanding Business Consulting & Strategy firm. Our mandate for this particular role was to find a very senior individual to shape, grow and build a Customer Experience / Customer Strategy Practice.
Our client wanted to build a practice to focus on providing a range of consultancy services around Customer Experience, CRM Strategy, Marketing Transformation, Sales Transformation, Digital Strategy, Digital Sales & eCommerce, Customer & Business Analytics, Contact Centre Transformation and other related areas. We successfully headhunted a Customer Strategy Practice Leader who comes from a strong Consulting background having been a Customer Experience Director with a Big 4 Advisory firm with relevant industry experience and an excellent track record of Business Development.
