A long standing client and boutique consultancy were in search of a Senior Consultant to join their team in London to work across areas such as luxury fashion, high street retail and bespoke fashion brands. The ideal candidate was required to have a balance of industry and consultancy skills. We started by searching our own network and internal knowledge base and compare this out our 'outside network research'. Our own network produced the major part of the shortlist and interviewed schedule.
Our Senior Consultant coached and developed the candidates throughout the recruitment process and provided guidance at all stages. He also provided Talent Advisory to our client before and during the process.
The successful candidate was found and after careful consideration and advice, they decided to accept our client's offer.
