Position: Senior Manager, Digital Transformation

We were assigned a specific requirement with a highly regarded boutique consultancy firm in London, they were looking for a senior level hire focussed on Digital Transformation.
The company’s interview process required several face to face meetings with Partners as well as psychometric testing, which meant that the entire route from CV send to offer could take some time.
Consulting Point Search identified a specific candidate through our network who was a very strong fit but was already in process with several other firms. As a result we needed to get things moving quickly to ensure that our client didn’t miss out on this candidate who was clearly in high demand, luckily both the candidate and the client were willing to be available on short notice making this possible.
At the end of the process the candidate had four offers from different firms, through advice from Consulting Point Search our client was able to put forward the most attractive offer (even though it wasn’t the highest in monetary value) and secure the candidate’s commitment to join.
