Consulting Point Search was given a set of requirement across Germany by one of our clients who were going through a period of substantial growth, with this position taking precedent.
Having been recognised as a top supplier for this organisation we were able to quickly highlight several strong candidates who were promptly invited to the first round interview stage with our client. After progressing through several interview stages the eventual successful candidate was offered a position at a higher salary level than originally requested on the coversheet, this was due to high performance and suitability to the upper end of the role. The candidate accepted the position and having never handed in their notice previously was talked through the resignation process to ensure that they did not burn any bridges when leaving their previous firm. Overall both parties were very happy with the speed and smooth running of the process which was possible due to quick feedback and flexibility being offered by both the client and candidate.
