Consulting Point Search were recruiting for a Big 4 Advisory firm in their rapidly expanding Technology Change Practice. Our client was seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant who had experience of Technology Enabled Change Projects preferably involving an ERP Transformation across either SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or another ERP or SaaS solution. We successfully headhunted a vastly experienced Change Management Consultant who had a strong background in people orientated Change projects across Organisational Change, Cultural Change, Change Vision, Change Impact Assessment, Communications Strategy, Training & Learning, Benefits Realisation, enabling readiness for Organisational Change Management and other related areas. She also had worked on a wide range of ERP Enabled Change Projects including SAP and Oracle.
