As an exclusive supplier to a Private Equity backed small-to-medium sized consulting firm specialising in NHS improvement, we continuously tasked with growing their Implementation team from 5 to 15 by the end of 2017. Acting as a strategic partner, we have advised on how to formulate the recruitment process from scratch, provided insight into current market trends and salaries and have developed a strong pipeline of hires from direct competitors.
The candidate had completed the NHS graduate scheme in the early part of their career and now has a strong interest in patient experience including FFT design & implementation, designing and implementation of patient surveys. Most recently they have been the transformation lead for the outpatient's redesign programme and has been helping to ensure that continuous improvement had become embedded in their Trust’s culture. These attributes were exactly what our client was looking for and the experience they have is a good fit for the business.
