Position: Business Manager – Consulting Sales

As an exclusive supplier and long term partner to this specialist management consulting firm working across multiple sectors, we were tasked with finding a suitable candidate to head up their sales specifically within their Financial services. Acting as a strategic partner, we advised on changes to their recruitment process, provided insight into current market trends and salaries and sourced directly from direct competitors and industry specific companies.
The candidate came with a very strong academic background and a solid number of years of experience within Business Development (within Financial Services). He brings a huge client network and extensive knowledge of financial products and experience with developing different Sales Strategies. These attributes were exactly what our client was looking for and the experience they have is a good fit for the business.
