Global Strategy Consulting firm was seeking to attract the best talent at Senior Manager grade within their Financial Services (FS)industry practice. Our client needed an experienced strategy senior manager who had expertise in delivering major Digital Transformation programmes for a range of clients across retail banking, cards/payments and fintech.
Consulting Point have partnered with a boutique Strategy Consulting firm to support the growth objectives of their Paris office. This mandate was for a Case Team Leader with an exceptional educational background and experience of Strategy Consulting across Energy, Industry & Private Equity sectors.
When initially evaluating the prospective mandate with the client, Consulting Point spent significant time to gain a thorough understanding of the culture and the values of the firm. Then, when discussing the assignment with Consulting Points existing network of Strategy consultants in the region, we took the time deepen our understanding of how potential candidates’ values were aligned to those of the firm, before presenting a shortlist of the best suited profiles to the client.
The process took 7 weeks and included multiple rounds of interviews and case studies, during which Consulting Point kept in regular contact with all parties ensure they were supported throughout. The firm’s preferred candidate was delighted to accept an excellent offer, and all parties are very happy with the successful completion of the mandate.
