An expanding tier 1 global strategy consultancy firm are growing their team in India. The position required an experienced, charismatic, and enthusiastic consultant with an understanding of financial services and the impact of digital transformation.
Consulting Point had to ensure the candidate was not only right for the role but also a strong cultural fit with both the company and their clients. This led to us utilising our international network and having insightful conversations with potential candidates to ensure we found the right match. Our client expressed a degree of haste was required as needs were building, and delivery was due. We advised the client where necessary on what skill sets will likely be matched and which would have been difficult to combine within the given time frame. Once the outcomes were set, we proceeded to begin our extensive candidate qualifications.
A number of suitable candidates were drawn from our international network, who were then selected based on the requirements needed of the role. Once screening conversations were held, and profiles presented, our client began the process with a number of individuals from our network. Consulting Point utilised our consultative approach to candidate guidance, ensuring the process flowed smoothly and swiftly. We provided expertise in how to approach the case studies that are integral to the interview process of the MBB strategy firms.
