Challenge:

Tier 1 Systems Integrator and Global SAP Platinum Partner required a vastly experienced SAP practitioner with deep expertise in SAP Delivery and Pre-Sales to join their specialist global team of SAP solutioning experts. Seeking someone at Partner level, this individual would get involved in providing strategic advisory services to some of SAP’s largest clients around their SAP S/4HANA journey, defining their roadmap, designing innovative solutions and managing the end-to-end transformation programme.

Results:

The candidate progressed through a multi-stage hiring process and delivered a comprehensive Business Case at the final interview stage to a select panel of senior executives.
