A long-standing client of Consulting Point were looking for a key hire to strengthen their IT Strategy offering. The client was looking for individuals that had experience across the entire Technology Strategy development lifecycle. We immediately started to assemble a long list of individuals that fit the criteria.
The successful individual came from a top consulting firm and had extensive experience across Technology Strategy, IT Operating Model and Technology Road Mapping. Consulting Point helped them through the process offering insightful advice before each interview that helped them to best prepare. The candidate received excellent feedback after each stage and very much enjoyed the process.
As soon as the client made their intention to offer the candidate clear, they asked for our input on the proposed offer. The client utilised our advice and put together a very competitive offer which was swiftly accepted.
