Challenge:
Consulting Point were tasked with the growth of a recently established advisory practice within a renowned engineering company. We collaborated closely with senior leadership to understand their needs, creating a long list of individuals that matched the desired skillset in Energy Transition Advisory.
Solution:
The successful individual came from a well-known energy consultancy and had extensive consulting experience across Energy Transition, Decarbonisation and Renewable Energy. Consulting Point helped them through each stage of the process, offering insightful advice before each interview that helped them to prepare.
The candidate excelled throughout the process and due to the exemplary performance in earlier rounds they did not feel the need to have a final discussion. As soon as the client’s intent to offer was clear, we worked closely with the team to help them understand what a successful offer would need to look like. The client listened to our advice and put together a competitive offer that was quickly accepted.
