Consulting Point have a long-standing relationship with a midsized Technology Consulting firm who where looking to expand on their existing Cyber Security practice. Specifically, our client was looking for an experienced Cyber Security practitioner within management consulting who was able to provide strategic advisory services as well as having expertise on delivery & implementation.
Consulting Point have a great depth of talent within the Cyber Security market and thus we were able to quickly identify a shortlist of potentially befitting candidates. We successfully identified an exceptional talent who worked in the Cyber Risk practice of one of the Big 4. She had a strong academic background and joined her previous firm on a graduate scheme where she quickly rose to the rank of Manager. Following three interviews spanning over two weeks, the client was happy to extend an offer to this candidate owing to her expertise across cyber security strategy, governance and risk management & security assessments as well as her strong communication & core consulting skills.
After a short time negotiating the offer, the candidate was delighted to accept and looks forward to joining her new company in the New Year. Both parties where extremely satisfied with the manner and speed in which the process was conducted, as well as the overall result.

Initially, he worked as a Business Development Executive at an Accounting and Business Advisory firm, after which Nigel transitioned and worked as an Analyst at a Fintech startup in the M&A industry, working across the TMT sector. Nigel has had numerous successes in attracting, maintaining and building client and prospect relations.
Nigel thrives in a collaborative environment, with client and prospect concerns and needs always at the forefront of his mind when engaging with them. Nigel has joined as part of our growing Leicester Office environment.”
