A long-standing client of Consulting Point were looking for an experienced hire within the Technology Strategy space. We quickly put together a long list of individuals that met the desired criteria and after a short screening process, the long list of suitable candidates was refined to small number that aligned with the required skillset.
The successful candidate worked at a top consulting firm and had a wealth of experience in IT Operating Models and Technology Roadmaps. We guided them through each interview helping them to best prepare beforehand and relaying helpful feedback after each stage was completed. The candidate quickly moved through the process and thoroughly enjoyed each step.
After it became clear that the individual was to receive an offer, Consulting Point took the time to discuss with the client and advise them what a successful offer would need to look like. The client was happy to take this on board and the candidate quickly accepted.
