One of Consulting Points long-standing clients were looking for exceptional Consultants to join their prestigious Turnaround & Restructuring Practice. We worked closely with senior leadership to understand their needs and develop a longlist of relevant individuals.
Solution:
The successful candidate had an impressive background including multiple years at a leading strategy house. They quickly progressed through the process and thoroughly enjoyed each stage, receiving and working on key feedback which left them better prepared for the next step.
Once the client made their intent to offer clear we advised them on what a successful offer would need to look like in order to secure the candidate as quickly as possible. The client took our advice on board and the offer was swiftly accepted.
