Challenge:
A rapidly growing advisory firm was looking to strengthen its U.S. capability with a senior hire who could bring immediate credibility across transaction services, due diligence and value creation. The business needed someone able to support private equity and corporate clients on complex deal activity, while also adding broader strategic and analytical depth to its growing U.S. platform. The search focused on identifying an individual with a strong track record across financial due diligence, deal analytics and transaction advisory, with the commercial maturity to operate effectively in a high-growth advisory environment.

Based in New York, the candidate brought a strong combination of Deals Strategy & Value Creation, Financial Due Diligence and Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory experience. Their background included advising private equity and corporate clients across buy-side and sell-side transactions, with exposure to quality of earnings, net working capital, debt-like analysis and broader transaction support. They also offered experience across a range of sectors including technology, consumer goods, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and industrials, giving the firm a versatile and commercially credible addition to the team.

The appointment strengthens the firm’s U.S. offering with a hire who can contribute across both transaction execution and broader value creation work. The move adds relevant deal experience, sector breadth and analytical capability to the platform, supporting the continued expansion of the business in the U.S. market.
