Context
A global strategy consultancy was investing heavily in its US Consumer Goods practice as demand for commercial strategy and value-creation support continued to grow. The firm needed a Director who could operate credibly with senior clients, strengthen delivery across major accounts and contribute to building a national leadership platform.
