Context
We were engaged by a private equity advisory platform to hire a Manager to lead operational value creation across portfolio businesses. The mandate was clear: deliver measurable EBITDA improvement and work directly with CFOs, COOs and investment teams.
This was a revenue-critical hire in a lean, high-accountability environment.
