Nordic Actuary, a Swedish actuarial consulting firm, has joined Abelica Global as its member firm in Sweden. With the addition, Abelica Global bolsters its footprint in the Scandinavian market.
From their office in Stockholm, Nordic Actuary advises clients on a range of actuarial and related consulting issues for both employee benefits and insurance. The consulting firm in addition provides dozens of clients with a tool (‘NordAct Pro’) for employee benefit plan accounting under international standards.
By joining the network of Abelica Global, an international organisation of independent actuarial and consulting firms, Nordic Actuary expects to broaden its service portfolio by tapping into international expertise, as well as enhance its ability to serve clients with international matters. “We are enthusiastic about joining the organisation”, says Susanna Wallin of Nordic Actuary, adding “Abelica Global’s international reach gives us easy access to expertise on a wide range of financial issues facing our clients.”
