L.E.K. Consulting, a global management consulting firm that advises and supports large global companies, is expanding its offerings to the global education industry and welcoming three new partners to the firm’s education practice. Together these partners have worked in over 90 countries on more than 600 education sector engagements. They are joined by a team of 40 dedicated education sector consultants and sector specialists.

Serving both public and private education organisations

The new partners, Ashwin Assomull, Danish Kamal Faruqui and Anip Sharma, each have significant experience serving public and private education organisations in emerging markets, including those in Asia, Africa and Latin America. From kindergarten to higher education

New partner, Mr Assomull has extensive experience advising clients in the higher education sector on buy- and sell-side due diligence, market-entry strategy, pricing strategy and growth strategy. He has also worked with post-secondary education institutions and education investors on investment opportunities, post-acquisition business plans performance optimisation and profit improvement strategies. Mr Faruqui has worked with clients across the full education spectrum, including higher education, K-12, early years, transnational education, English language learning, tutoring and education technology. He has also advised private equity investors in the sector. He joins L.E.K. from EY-Parthenon.Mr. Sharma has a successful track record advising education clients on market potential, growth and market-entry strategies, investment decisions and pricing strategies. His clients have spanned the education segments, including K-12, higher education, transnational education, early years, English language training, tutoring and education technology. He joins L.E.K. from EY-Parthenon.
