Palladium has launched an Infrastructure Advisory practice in the Middle East, bringing its global expertise, innovation, and scale to the region’s most pressing infrastructure challenges.

This new practice will offer an end-to-end model that spans the entire infrastructure lifecycle, offering services from early-stage feasibility and design to engineering, permitting, construction oversight, and project management.

Working for governments, investors, and developers, the practice will serve a wide range of sectors that are vital to the Middle East’s landscape. “Whether enabling sustainable water and environmental systems, advancing healthcare and education infrastructure, or powering energy and transportation networks, we will deliver solutions that are both future-ready and deeply rooted in local priorities,” said Abdullah Al Nabhan, Managing Partner of Palladium in the Middle East.

The practice will also support national security and disaster response infrastructure, helping to build safer, more resilient communities.

Technology will play a central role in the offerings. The team will integrate advanced digital tools and data-driven methodologies to enhance planning, collaboration, and execution.

In its engagements, the local team will draw on the strength of Palladium’s Global Infrastructure Solutions (GISI) group, recognized as one of the world’s leading advisory platforms in infrastructure and development. The group comprises over 2,000 subject matter experts and 22 sister companies.

Al Nabhan: “The integration into GISI brings not only technical excellence but also a global perspective, ensuring that every project benefits from the best ideas, tools, and practices from around the world. With our joint capabilities, our team ensures that every project is delivered with precision, transparency, and long-term impact.”

The launch comes at a time of sweeping momentum in the region’s infrastructure sector, particularly in the Gulf. Over $1 trillion is being invested into projects in areas such as transport, urban development, energy, and climate resilience. These efforts are part of broader economic diversification strategies, aiming to reduce dependence on oil revenues, improve livability, and position Gulf cities as global hubs for commerce, tourism, and innovation.

“Our Infrastructure Advisory practice will help shape a more inclusive, connected, and prosperous future for the Gulf. By aligning infrastructure with strategy and impact, and by leveraging global insight to meet regional ambitions, Palladium is ready to make what’s possible, with real impact.”
