Arthur D. Little (ADL) announced the appointment of Eric Bach as a Partner in its Consumer Goods, Retail & Agribusiness (CORA) network. Based in ADL’s Paris office, he will lead the development of our business in the Consumer Goods sector with a focus on commercial transformation projects. Eric has over 26 years of consulting experience, having advised organisations in the FMCG, Durable Goods, Retail, and B2B Distribution sectors.
He joins from a global management consulting firm, where he was a Partner, heading its Retail & Consumer Goods team for France & Belgium, delivering projects for blue-chip clients across Europe and the Americas. During his career, Eric has developed deep expertise in revenue management, incl. pricing, promotions and trade terms optimisation, as well as in sales force effectiveness and in route-to-market strategies.
