The centrepiece of the initiative is the launch of AI Skyways, a joint programme that will position Qatar Airways, recently crowned World’s Best Airline by Skytrax in 2025, at the forefront of AI adoption within aviation. The project will focus on delivering measurable value through responsible AI practices, advanced data and platform capabilities, and a dedicated value realisation office tasked with maximising the impact of AI-driven projects.
AI Skyways will spearhead the development of solutions across multiple areas, such as streamlining flight schedules, enhancing predictive maintenance, and creating tailored customer interactions. The initiative will also explore emerging AI trends and applications to ensure the airline’s long-term adaptability and competitive edge in a rapidly evolving market.
