A leading global Strategy & M&A Advisory firm was in urgent need of hiring an exceptional candidate at a senior level within their Transformation practice. Having a thriving relationship already with Consulting Point Search, our client requested us to help identify individuals with deep experience working in the IT Strategy and IT Transformation.
We used our social networking system to target potential candidates and managed to narrow the list down to 4 people whose profiles matched all criteria. We had a total of 345 applications which saved a client a lot of time. Our client invited all 4 candidates to participate in the interview process and the best candidate was not only offered but also accepted this role.
