The M&A Technology team based in London advises organisations on maximising the value and offsetting the risks of technology in M&A transactions. They combine a sharp focus on commercials with technology expertise.
They support their clients from origination to post-deal completion, and provide practical technology and transaction experience with significant knowledge in sales preparation, integration and carve outs. The London practice had an urgent need for a seasoned individual who understood commercial issues of CIO individuals and could provide strategic advice around IT Strategy, M&A, Due Diligence. After exhausting their own avenues they came to us and we found the perfect candidate in one month.
