We have been working with a prestigious boutique consultancy who have just won two awards through the Management Consultancy Association for best performance improvement and change management and in doing so beat the likes of the big4 consulting and tier 1 strategy firms. Consulting Point Search has been tasked to help double their workforce over the next 2 years.
The candidate had been involved in multiple cost saving initiatives and strategic recommendations throughout the early part of their career which made for a great foundation to start at a smaller organisation to make a real impact. They had operational improvement experience across various sectors along with extremely strong stakeholder engagement skills.
